Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre

The room was so cozy and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I loved watching my shows on the IPTV and the free internet was a lifesaver for planning my adventures.

The tea & coffee amenities were a bit basic for my liking.

As a satisfied guest at Pullman, I had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff at reception and housekeeping were great, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was excellent, with a large shopping center connected to the hotel, offering a fantastic food court and convenient access to shopping. The hotel has recently undergone a beautiful revamp, adding a 5-star quality to the experience. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the staff were always helpful and professional. The hotel's menu was extensive, and the food was amazing, whether you're dining for lunch, dinner, or ordering room service late at night. The hotel's proximity to the metro and the convenience of having access to the mall on the second floor were also fantastic features. The travel desk was helpful in planning activities, and I'd like to give a special thanks to Shivay at reception and Jawad at the travel desk for their assistance.

This spot feels like home. First visit, their local tips made my day. I keep returning. Wi-Fi, car park, pool, spa, restaurant - all yum! Plus. I'm a weekend regular!

the exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations, especially the Spa & wellness centre which was fantastic. the massage was incredible and the staff made us feel like royalty. With the outdoor swimming pool and steam room to relax in, we felt pampered from head to toe. the pool area was peaceful with plenty of sun loungers available. the beauty treatment and facial were top-notch and left us feeling refreshed. the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with a fantastic view of the city.

however, this hotel was a luxurious getaway and a treat for the senses.

This hotel is situated in a prime location, just a few steps from a well-known shopping mall and in the middle of a busy commercial district. It also offers easy access to various dining options nearby. The rooms are generally clean and spacious, equipped with basic amenities such as a coffee maker and in-room safe. The breakfast spread is diverse and features a mix of international and local dishes.

Some guests experienced issues with the maintenance of their rooms, with some amenities being outdated or not functioning properly.

The location of this hotel is truly unbeatable. With direct access to the Deira City Centre Mall, you have everything you need right at your doorstep. From shopping to dining, you won't have to go far to find what you're looking for. Plus, being located next to the Metro station makes exploring the city a breeze.

One downside to this hotel is that the room doors are not well insulated for sound. This can result in some noise from the corridor outside, which may be bothersome for light sleepers.

Our family had a fantastic time during our stay at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre. The dhow cruise across Dubai Creek and the traditional Gold and Spice souks nearby the hotel provided a captivating discovery of the city's heritage. The whole experience was a perfect blend of culture and adventure, and our kids were thoroughly entertained while learning about Dubai's rich history.

My wife says that it would be great if there were more dedicated kid-friendly activities available at the hotel to cater to the little ones' energy and imagination.

After a long day of exploring the city, I was really surprised to find that the hotel is located within a big commercial complex. This made it convenient for me to access the mall and indulge in some shopping or enjoy a meal at one of the selected restaurants. The proximity to these amenities was a big plus for me and added to the overall pleasant experience of my stay at Pullman.

I recently stayed at Pullman City Centre for 4 days and was thrilled with my experience. The staff provided excellent service and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool and spa were delightful, and I loved having direct access to the mall. The security measures, such as requiring a room key for the lift, made me feel safe. The evening room service and breakfast options were fantastic. I had been a regular at this hotel before it became Pullman, and the transformation has been astonishing.

The decoration and general areas of the hotel were absolutely delightful, dear. The colorful splashes and polished wooden floors brought such a lively touch to the place. , the hotel's connection to the shopping mall made it so convenient for us seniors to explore without having to venture too far. It was truly a lovely place for us to relax and enjoy.

Just a little suggestion for a better vacation experience for us seniors—perhaps the children of the staff could provide more assistance in guiding senior guests around the hotel and ensuring their comfort.

I chose this hotel for a team retreat and its inspiring views of Dubai Creek and the city. The Executive Lounge on the 11th floor provided a serene setting for both work and play. The customer service was exceptional and greatly valued for a business trip.

One service that I missed for my work was a designated business center with private meeting rooms and office amenities to conduct team discussions and presentations.

The tasty gourmet teas truly added flavor to my stay. The "t-Lounge by Dilmah" provided the perfect setting to unwind with a refreshing cup of Ceylon Silver Tips, just like a soothing symphony for my senses. Its elegant ambiance was a delightful respite from the bustling city.
